Two women were injured in a crash at Girgarre this morning.
A 44-year-old woman was trapped in her vehicle after the incident, which involved two vehicles. One car ended up in a ditch.
A helicopter was called but cancelled. The 44-year-old woman and a 33-year-old woman were taken to hospital by road ambulance.
The crash occurred at the corner of Winter and McEwen Rds, east of Girgarre, about 8.40am.
The Rushworth State Emergency Service and the Girgarre and Stanhope Country Fire Authority crews attended.
