Goulburn Valley Football League's general manager Keith Wellman has told league officials he will retire at the end of the season.
Wellman made the announcement at Monday night's board meeting in Shepparton. His agreement expires on December 12.
The board of directors will take Wellman’s announcement to a club delegates meeting at Shepparton RSL Club next Wednesday night.
Wellman recently celebrated his 80th birthday.
