While his side stumbles in the two-day format, Bubb said the team’s track record in Twenty20s should hold them in good stead tomorrow.
‘‘We talked about it at training the other night, since the competition first came in, I think we’ve only lost one game,’’ Bubb said.
‘‘We seem to always go all right so hopefully that continues and we can progress through to the quarter-finals.
‘‘(Compared to the two-day format) it’s a different game and a different midset.
‘‘We’ll try not to dwell on Saturday’s result ... no point harping on it for too long.
‘‘We simply need to get better and move on.’’
BLU suffered a first round defeat to Tigers and then had the bye.
For United, import Peter Manser (Greenvale) will remain in the side, while a replacement for the unavailable Adrian Pappin (Strathdale-Maristians) has yet to be confirmed.
