Mick Barnett top scored for the young Cannons with 30 runs, and MacDonald (25) also had a good day with the bat.
Some hard hitting from Dowling (17 n.o) gave RSL/West a chance, but Todd Marshall (3-11) made it hard for the batsmen.
Zack Thompson and Liam ‘Rocket Arm’ Chaplin also bowled well to see RSL/West finish up 7/108.
Juniors v Mathoura
Playing on Memorial Park number one oval Mathoura batted first and knocked up a competitive 132.
