Benalla Adult Riding Club held a pink dressage day on Sunday to raise money for the Breast Cancer Network Australia.
Everyone was tickled pink at Benalla Adult Riding Club’s dressage day last Sunday.
This was the second year the event was held, after the club was inspired to raise funds for breast cancer when one of its members was diagnosed.
The event raised $398.10 for the Breast Cancer Network Australia, with many horses ‘‘pinked up’’ with the famous pink lady logo.
Benalla’s Sinead Bouwmeester was the star of the day, winning both level one dressage events on her horse Puck.

The Benalla Ensign’s annual Pink Breakfast is on tomorrow, with tickets still available. Benalla Adult Riding Club rider Melanie Ford (pictured below) will share the story of her breast cancer journey, and breast-care nurse Kerry Patford will also speak to guests about her experiences caring for those affected.
