Police have charged a 24 year old man with several counts of wilful and obscene exposure following a series of reported incidents in Yarrawonga.

RACHEAL WILLETT June 5, 2014 11:04am

Sgt John Higgins told the Yarrawonga Chronicle several complaints had been received from members of the public about a man allegedly exposing himself, in some instances in the central business district.

Following an investigation by Yarrawonga Police and the Cobram Criminal Investigation Unit, a man who was temporarily residing in Mulwala was arrested and charged with several offences. He was bailed to appear in court in July with the provision he does return to Yarrawonga.

Sgt Higgins said the man had returned to a Sydney residence.

Anyone who may have additional information on the instances of alleged wilful and obscene exposure is urged to contact Yarrawonga Police on 5744 3641.
