Police wish to speak to three youths who allegedly smashed the window of a patrol car parked near Shepparton’s Aquamoves yesterday morning.
Shepparton police Sergeant Matt Peck said two officers were at the Tom Collins Dve car park about 12.05
The officers discovered the front-passenger window of their marked police sedan had been smashed and saw three youths of Islander appearance running east along Sobraon St.
Sgt Peck said nothing was stolen from the car, but the vehicle was temporarily out of commission.
‘‘It places a strain on the Shepparton police resources and affects our ability to patrol,’’ he said.
