A 32-year-old Strathmerton man has been arrested after an early morning drug raid.
Police investigators executed search warrants at six properties in Strathmerton, Hillside, and Sydenham about 6am.
More than 200 mature cannabis plants were allegedly located at a rural Strathmerton property and a Melton Valley Dve factory in Melton.
The raids follow a five-month investigation as part of Operation Taxa targeting cannabis cultivation.
Five men are assisting police with their enquiries.
