Jake Warner played the lead role in a short film – Great Day by Hannah May Reilly. The film was entered in TropFest Australia, the largest short film festival, and appeared on SBS last night.

Former Notre Dame student Jake Warner was up in lights last night when the short film he played the lead role in appeared on SBS television.

The film - Great Day by Hannah May Reilly was entered in TropFest Australia, the largest short film festival.

Jake went to Notre Dame Secondary College before heading to Melbourne to play in a band with brother Ben in 2011.

Last year he moved to Sydney to pursue acting.

Who knows where he’s going next? As they say . . . watch this space.
