Charges against a Shepparton man accused of publishing the private conversations of City of Greater Shepparton councillors will proceed to a contest mention in April.

Charges against a Shepparton man accused of publishing the private conversations of City of Greater Shepparton councillors will proceed to a contest mention in April.

Bruce Little, 68, faces one count of publishing a record of a private conversation on Facebook on October 10 last year.

The Shepparton Magistrates’ Court heard yesterday Mr Little is accused of publishing conversations recorded at the Greater Shepparton City Council building.

Magistrate Susan Armour extended Mr Little’s bail to April 23, when he will return to Shepparton Magistrates’ Court. Mr Little has stood for council numerous times, including at last year’s election.
