Shepparton residents are being encouraged to don their fascinators, frocks and suits and gallop to Carrington Manor for a night of fun for a cause.

‘‘This is the third year of the event, but it’s the first time it’s being held at the Carrington Manor,’’ Mrs McNab said.
‘‘The idea is that it’s a really spectacular venue and in previous year’s it’s been a great success and we are hoping to build on that.’’
The night of spring carnival fun has previously attracted 350 guests and raised $5000, supporting the community’s vulnerable, including the elderly and disabled.
Mrs McNab said Australia’s premier Pink tribute act would provide live entertainment during the evening.
‘‘It’s an opportunity to put on a dress or suit and come out and have a nice time at a fantastic venue, while supporting your local community,’’ she said.
