A Detox your Home session is planned for this Saturday, November 10, to give residents a chance to dispose of unwanted household chemicals for free.
Greater Shepparton City Council is working with Sustainability Victoria to collect the potentially dangerous items.
The collections will also help residents dispose of anything unwanted in an environmentally safe way.
Items that can be disposed of include:
Items not accepted are chemicals not used for household purposes such as farm, industrial and commercial-use chemicals.
