The Puckapunyal Family Welcome and Information Expo saw the hundreds of newcomers to the Defence base again get an early look at the range of services, business and facilities available not just nearby, but in the wider region.
There were again several ‘‘outside’’ businesses, including the Telegraph, represented on the day. Base commander Colonel Sean Ryan also paid the event a visit.
The expo is run by the Defence Community Organisation and is one of many similar events at bases throughout Australia at this time of year.
