The first day might have been spoilt by rain, but the second day of the latest Seymour District Cricket Association A-grade competition more than made up for it.

Kilmore scored the first two-day outright in a long time by rolling Alexandra cheaply for a second time, Eastern Hill pipped Avenel for first innings points in a dramatic struggle, Broadford overcame a big run chase to nail Tallarook on a belter of a wicket and Nagambie piled more misery on struggling Seymour.
