Staff get a look around the trades training centre.

It’s almost ready.

The $12 million first stage of the Seymour College P-12 redevelopment project along with the $5 million trades training centre are close to completion.

The Federal Government-funded trades building is about two weeks from opening, with the Victorian Government-funded P-4 block, special school and administration buildings not much further away.

Recently the Telegraph had another look around the buildings, and it is hard not to be impressed, with a little imagination, by works which will turn the school into a state-of-the-art learning facility.

There will be public tours of the buildings before they are finally occupied by students, and these will be a great opportunity to see what Seymour College will become.
