Digiglass repeat on the cards for Seymour

Karingal looking at getting panels to pay tribute to founder and donors.

By Chalpat Sonti

It’s worked a treat for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Walk, and now digiglass could become a feature of the Karingal redevelopment.

President Bill Melbourne and chief executive Judy Dahlke last week worked out where to site tributes to those who have donated to the multi-million dollar project, as well as the man who founded the aged-care facility, Frank Delaney.

It is expected the digiglass panels will be backlit, providing a stunning reminder of the work of Mr Delaney and wife Margaret and the residents of Seymour who did so much to ensure the new building went ahead.

Last week the Telegraph had another tour of the building which is on track to be opened in late May or early June.
