Ray White Nagambie held its first in-room auction for the year, and with the market on nearby there were plenty who filed through the doors.
Five waterfront properties were listed for sale, though one, at Backwater Ct, Kirwans Bridge, was sold privately the night before.

After an opening bid of $665
The old school house property at Kettles Rd, Kirwans Bridge, was sold to a successful bid of $175
A two-bedroom holiday home at Baxters Rd, Goulburn Weir, was initially passed in at $351
Ray White Nagambie principal Mark Boyer said he was very happy with the result of the day, with the bidding on the Wattlevale Rd property a great example of why properties should go to auction.
The next auction is likely to be in four to five weeks’ time.
