Rochester man appears in court

A Rochester man has been granted bail after appearing in the Bendigo Magistrates Court yesterday.

A Rochester man accused of an armed robbery at a Rochester petrol station on Saturday has been granted bail.

Michael Blow, 19, appeared in Bendigo Magistrates Court yesterday, charged with two counts of armed robbery, one count each of assault, theft and threats to inflict serious injury.

He was granted bail with many conditions attached.

He will appear in the same court for a committal mention on October 15.

The man faced an out-of-sessions hearing on Sunday and was remanded in custody to appear at Bendigo Magistrates Court yesterday.
