A Tongala man was airlifted to a Melbourne hospital on Friday morning after an accident with a chainsaw.
Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullen said a man aged in his 60s cut his lower left leg with a chainsaw and was treated and stabilised at the scene by paramedics and MICA officers.
He said the man was airlifted from Tongala Recreation Reserve at about 11.20am to Royal Melbourne Hospital.
