Permit refused for new Kyabram medical centre

A proposed new Kyabram medical centre has been refused planning permission.

Planning permission has been refused for a proposed new medical centre and residential development in Fenaughty St, Kyabram.

A planning application for a new combined medical centre and residential development in Kyabram has been refused.

Campaspe Shire councillors voted unanimously at council’s meeting last month to refuse granting a permit to Glossop Town Planning’s application. The two-storey development proposal, put forward for the 1011sq/m site at 69 Fenaughty St, Kyabram, had an estimated project cost of $1.8million.
