Councillors and staff are gearing up for ‘‘Campaspe Conversation’’, a day for residents across the shire to talk about anything council related.
Councillors and staff are gearing up for ‘‘Campaspe Conversation’’, a day for residents across the shire to talk about anything council related.
Mayor Ian Maddison said five locations across the shire would host a conversation event this Saturday and councillors and staff were looking forward to meeting with, and talking to, members of the community.
‘‘The day provides an opportunity for residents to have a say on things that affect them and help shape the future of the Shire of Campaspe,’’ he said.
‘‘I recognise that we all live busy lifestyles and may not be able to join in the day, so there is still an opportunity for residents to provide input. We have set up an online survey on council’s website for information to feed through to our key plans.’’

A free sausage sizzle will be held at each location.
Cr Maddison said the survey would also be at each location on the day to capture information and will continue to be available online through to the end of the month.
