After an early lead, Heathcote struggled, but went to lunch leading by one shot.

The game remained even until the final few ends when Heathcote slowly drew away to win by seven shots.

Rae Craig’s team had a good start, but then struggled and, by the 13th end, was down by nine.

Despite the best efforts of the team, the lead proved too big and Heathcote went down by 12 shots.

Judy Chapman’s team made a great start, scoring seven shots on the first end.

The team then scored six shots on ninth end and won the last four ends to win by 10 shots.

Eileen O’Brien’s team scored four shots on the fourth end and led by seven shots by the 12th end.

The team kept the good form and went on to to win by nine shots.

Heathcote will play Marong at Golden Square on Friday in the preliminary final.

If successful, Heathcote will play Kangaroo Flat in the grand final on Monday.
