The man accused of robbing Echuca’s Sanity music store in November will appear in Echuca Magistrates Court again on February 18.
Oliver Poslon, 30, who is charged with robbery, appeared in court yesterday.
Solicitor Kate Freshwater asked for the adjournment because she was awaiting a response to an application for Legal Aid funding for her client.
Magistrate Bruce Cottrill asked her if Mr Poslon would plead guilty to the charge.
‘‘I don’t have those instructions your honour,’’ she said.
