A Nanneella man was airlifted to Melbourne's Alfred Hospital after hitting a tree on Echuca-Nanneella Rd on Saturday morning.

Echuca Police Leading Senior Constable Dale Simpson said the man was driving alone when his vehicle left the road about 3.30am.
Leading Sen. Constable Simpson said the man, 26, suffered serious injuries after his vehicle hit a tree.
Staff at the Alfred Hospital confirmed the man was in a serious but stable condition.
