District fire brigades were called to a grass fire which burnt about 30 hectares on Echuca-Nanneella Rd in Nanneella this afternoon.
Twelve CFA units from six district fire brigades — including Echuca, Echuca Village, Tongala, Rochester, Bamawm Extension and Kyabram — attended to the fire.
Crews brought the fire under control at about 6pm.
Police have closed Echuca-Nanneella Rd at the intersection of Echuca-Kyabram and O’Dea roads.
