A heavy downpour has caught many Echuca-Moama residents by surprise this afternoon.
With the roads awash following a heavy downpour which began about 3pm, drivers navigated flash flooding on the streets while pedestrians ran for shelter.
When the Riverine Herald took a drive to inspect the extent of it, flash flooding was seen to have affected significant parts of Sturt St, including the Pakenham St roundabout.
