Echuca woman committed to stand trial for murder

Echuca's Tracey Kerr faced Echuca Magistrates' Court on Friday at a committal hearing for the murder of Doug Barrett in May this year.

Echuca woman Tracey Kerr, 41, will stand trial on a charge of murder.

Magistrate Richard Wright today committed Ms Kerr to stand trial for the murder of Echuca man Doug Barrett at his Pascoe St, Echuca, home early on May 26.

Tracey Kerr  told the court she would plead not-guilty.

She was ordered to appear in Melbourne Supreme Court on November 30 for a directions hearing.
