It’s that time of year again when Christmas decorations start adorning Echuca-Moama’s streets and yards.
Tom Brinkman and Jason Monro from Murray Goulburn Tree Services Echuca began decorating trees in Hare St on Tuesday.
To further help Echuca-Moama spread the spirit of Christmas, the Riverine Herald, Campaspe Shire and Murray Shire are encouraging all residents to take part in the annual Christmas lights competition by nominating their favourite Christmas lights, houses and window boxes in the district.
To nominate houses to be considered for the competition, you can find forms in this Wednesday's, Friday's and the coming Monday's edition of the Riverine Herald.
Nominations close next Wednesday.
Maps and voting forms will be available from December 14 and winners announced on December 31.
