Bridge traffic delayed after car runs into truck

A car which collided with a truck on Echuca-Moama bridge caused major delays to bridge traffic this morning.

The crash on Echuca-Moama bridge this morning.

A collision on the south bound lane of Echuca-Moama bridge was causing delays to traffic this morning.

Police were called at 10.50am and said a car had ran into the back of a truck.

No-one was injured in the collision.

Traffic was banked up on either side of the bridge in Echuca and Moama for about an hour, with traffic reduced to one lane.

A tow truck took away the car about 11.45am.

Moama Rural Fire Service and Moama Fire and Rescue did a wash-away on the bridge to clean up the road.
