UPDATE: Hare St has reopened to traffic after a large fire this morning.
Echuca Fire Brigade captain Mark Hooper said the fire is not being treated as suspicious.

EARLIER: Firefighters are battling a blaze on Hare St that has partially destroyed a building.
The fire, which broke out shortly after noon, is at a Hare St business between Eyre St and Leichardt St.
Riv staff are at the scene and initial reports are that the building's roof has partially collapsed.
Three fire trucks are at the scene while dozens of onlookers are nearby.
It is not believed that anyone is inside the building.
Hare St is currently blocked between Eyre St and Leichardt St.
They may be small and rare, but they attract hordes of loyal enthusiasts from American chat show hosts to Shepparton car buffs.
