A woman will appear at Deniliquin Local Court today after being refused bail for allegedly conspiring to murder her ex-partner.May 21, 2012 10:30am
Police have charged a woman from Mathoura, south of Deniliquin for allegedly conspiring to murder her ex-partner.
Operation Yaringal, consisting of Detectives from Deniliquin Local Area Command, was established to investigate a woman’s alleged involvement in the conspiracy to murder her ex-partner.
About 4.30pm yesterday, police attended an address in Mathoura and arrested a 40-year-old woman.
She was taken to Deniliquin Police Station where she was subsequently charged with conspiracy to murder.
The woman was refused bail to appear at Deniliquin Local Court today.
Police are currently at a location in Kaarimba examining what they say appears to be an improvised explosive device.
