The Pastoral Times received more than 100 photos for its local photo competition.

Judging of the winning images will be held next week with winners to be announced shortly after.

Pictured is an entry from 64 year-old Lindsay Rosin which was taken on a south Deniliquin property.

Photographers were asked to snap a subject of their choice – person, landscape, landmark or event – but it had to be within a 100km radius of Deniliquin.

All photos entered will be included in a book – Deniliquin & District Images 2014.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the winning entries.
