Dust Storm north of Shepparton.

A dust storm picking up fine ash from the Wunghnu fires turned day into night last Wednesday evening.

James Rovers who took the photo, above, was trying to drive along a road near Drumanure when the storm rolled across the horizon.

It became so thick he couldn’t see beyond the end of the car bonnet and had to stop driving. He couldn’t even see the lights of a following car.
