It wasn’t just the warm weather heating up the Cobram Trotting Track at the weekend — supercharged lawn mowers created plenty of dust in some hot competition.
The Cobram Lawn Mower Races attracted competitors from as far as Gippsland to the region for a day of racing and fun.
They competed in a range of divisions, including juniors, super modified Class C, modified Class B and super modified Class A. Motors of up to 450
Children’s activities, a goods auction and show-and-shine event kept patrons entertained.
All proceeds went to Cobram-Barooga Apex Club.
