Indecent assault at Cobram supermarket

Police investigating alleged indecent assault of a 7-year-old girl at Woolworths on Monday

Cobram police are appealing for the public to help them identify a man who allegedly indecently assaulted a 7-year-old girl in a Cobram supermarket.
Crime Investigation Unit Detective Senior Constable Justin Schulze said police believe the incident occured at the Punt Rd store between 9.30am and 10.30am on Monday.
Det Snr Const Schulze said Cobram police have obtained video footage from the store’s security cameras which shows the incident occuring.
The alleged offender is described as about 183cm tall with fair skin and blonde hair.
He is believed to be aged between 22 and 25 years, clean shaven, and speak with an Australian accent.
At the time the incident occured, the man was wearing black track pants and a black t-shirt with a white motif on it, believed to be a pocket.
