Benalla P-12 College year 12s enjoyed their recent school camp.

Year 12 students at Benalla P-12 College recently travelled to Myrtleford for their study camp.

The students participated in sessions about study skills, preparing resumes, learning about careers, understanding and learning to maximise their preferred learning styles and preparing for visits to TAFE and university open days.

The guest speaker, author Archie Fusillo, entertained the students with rich and passionate stories about how he turned his life and background into a successful career.

Mr Fusillo also conducted an excellent session on writing strategies the following day, which was extremely useful to students.

Across the two days, students and staff also participated in a range of challenging and fun physical activities, and students encouraged and supported each other during the camp.
